Terms of service

These terms cover your use of EcomNuma: the free audit, your diagnosis and plan, and the paid plans. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: hello@ecomnuma.com.

The free audit

The audit is free and needs no card. You answer questions about your store and we build a diagnosis: a score, the leaks that apply, what each one may be costing you, actions and a 30-day plan. Please answer honestly; the diagnosis is only as good as the answers. We may limit how often a store can retake the audit.

Reports are estimates, not guarantees

Money figures in your report are estimates. They show where to look first, not what you will earn. Results depend on your store, your market and how the work is done, so we can't promise any particular outcome. The report is guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice.

The paid plans

• The Action Vault unlocks every action, the full plan and every tool. It is billed monthly or yearly until you cancel.
• Plan With Us includes the Action Vault and a monthly session with us. It is billed monthly until you cancel.
• Done For You is a service where we run your growth work. Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. If a price changes, the new price applies to new customers; existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at.

Who we work with

Plan With Us and Done For You are hands-on, so we choose the brands we take on. Our brand guidelines are set out under Who we work with. We may decline any project at our discretion; if we can't take you on, you won't be charged, or you'll be refunded as our refund policy describes.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. What is refunded, and when, is set out in our refund policy.

Your data

How we handle what you share is in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated or bulk audits, no attempts to break or overload it, and no reselling reports or plan content as your own product. Your diagnosis is yours to use and share within your business. The audit, the action library and the site remain ours.

Liability

We provide the audit and the plans with care, but as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
