Privacy policy

EcomNuma runs a free eCommerce audit and sells paid plans that help stores act on it. This page explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Questions: hello@ecomnuma.com.

What we collect

• To start an audit: your store's web address and your email.
• Your audit answers: store type, market and currency, revenue band, platform, whether you have an app, and your answers to the 25 questions. We also keep the diagnosis we build from them and, if you use them, the actions you mark as done.
• The contact form: your name, email, store web address, monthly revenue band, the topic and your message.
• The checkout waitlist: your email, the plan you are waiting for, and a link to your audit if you have one.
• Technical data: your IP address, kept with each report to stop misuse, and the standard request logs our hosting provider keeps.

Why we use it

• To build your diagnosis and plan, and let you come back to them.
• To email you your diagnosis, reply to your messages, and send you the checkout link you asked for.
• To limit how often reports can be generated, so the service stays free and isn't abused.
• To improve the audit, using answers in aggregate.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.

How we write your report

To write parts of your report, your audit answers are processed by a trusted AI service provider acting on our behalf. We don't share your email address or store web address with them. Our providers may only use your data to deliver our service, not to train their own models or for any other purpose.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with trusted hosting and database providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest. It may be stored and processed outside your country. When it is, we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards to protect it.

Our providers

We use carefully chosen providers for hosting, data storage, AI processing, email and (once available) payments. A list of our current providers is available on request at hello@ecomnuma.com.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie, en_audit, which remembers your audit so you can continue it and return to your report. It lasts 30 days. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

Audits and diagnoses are kept so you can return to your plan and compare retakes. Contact messages and waitlist entries are kept until we have dealt with them. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@ecomnuma.com from the address you used and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of everything. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Payments

When paid plans open, payments will be handled by a payment provider. We won't see or store your full card number.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms and refund policy.
