Refund policy

The Action Vault

Your full plan, every action and every tool unlock the moment you pay, and you agree at checkout that this access starts immediately. For that reason, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Plan With Us

Plan With Us includes The Action Vault, which unlocks the moment you pay. If we decline your brand before your first session, we refund everything except the first month of The Action Vault ($69), and your Vault access stays open for that month. Once your session for a month has taken place, that month's payment is non-refundable. Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month.

Done For You

Done For You is billed monthly, in advance. Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Payments for past months are non-refundable. The current month is refunded only if we haven't started work on it yet.

When we always refund

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or couldn't access what you paid for because of a fault on our side that we couldn't fix, contact hello@ecomnuma.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
